The District Of Vanderhoof invites you to be part of the:

 

Recreation & Leisure Fair

Saturday, September 18th, 2010

1:00pm- 4:00pm

W.L. McLeod Gymnasium

 

The purpose of the Recreation Fair is to provide an opportunity for local groups and businesses to showcase their services within our community.

 

The event will be setup similar to a trade show. Organizations will be encouraged to provide ample information regarding their group’s activities. Groups will be assigned a space in the gymnasium. There is a registration fee of $20 per group or business. Registration is due by Wednesday, September 1st, 2010. With this entry fee your organization will benefit from free advertising on the radio, and in print prior to the event.

 

 Setup will take place Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. Clean up must be done Saturday afternoon immediately after the event. Each group that requires electricity is asked to bring a 100’ extension cord and is responsible for the complete setup and clean up of their space.
