The Updater is a monthly to semi-monthly publication produced by the District of Vanderhoof. Its purpose is to provide open communication and transparency between Council and the District of Vanderhoof to residents of Vanderhoof. It is distributed to every home in Vanderhoof through Canada Post, and is available at various locations around the community. The Updater contains articles related to the District of Vanderhoof, Council and District supported events and topics.

Submit your best photograph to updater@district.vanderhoof.ca on this month's topic and you may find your photograph on the cover, or inside the Updater. Please send high resolution images, and one per issue per person.
