Dog tags are mandatory in Vanderhoof and need to be renewed annually. Come by the District office to purchase your dog tag.
EARLY YEARS CENTRE
Run through Carrier Sekani Family Services, this program is open to all family with children ages 0-6 years old. The Early Years Centre offers developmental screening, play time, resource sharing and more. Please click the image to download the brochure. The EYC also has a Facebook page.

Our recently completed Economic Development Strategy states that the District and Council will be an organization
that serves the needs of residents and businesses alike. We will promote the community,
facilitating a positive environment for existing businesses and encouraging new business
development. We will continue to advocate for new and improved local infrastructure,
like a new Aquatic Centre, and establish programs and partnerships that contribute
to a sustainable and diversified economy.
